We're looking for a detail-driven professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance Specialist.

As a key member of our QA team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our services by conducting thorough evaluations, delivering constructive feedback, and contributing to continuous improvement across customer interactions.

  • You will be responsible for conducting daily evaluations of sales and customer support interactions
  • Performing real-time monitoring of agents to assess communication quality and problem resolution
  • Delivering timely, actionable feedback to agents to improve their performance
  • Conducting coaching sessions or group training to enhance quality performance
  • Assisting in developing and maintaining QA scorecards aligned with business objectives
  • Contributing to the design, execution, and optimization of QA frameworks and processes
  • Analyzing performance data to identify trends and opportunities for growth

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A solid understanding of QA standards and quality monitoring processes
  • Hands-on experience with QA tools such as Playvox, Scorebuddy, or Voxjar
  • Ability to design or contribute to QA scorecard development
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and critical thinking
