Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure and operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of IT services and systems, leading a team of IT professionals, and working closely with other departments to ensure that all IT needs are met efficiently and securely.

Key Responsibilities:

1. IT Infrastructure Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrading of hardware, software, networks, and IT systems. Must have a strong understanding of server administration, network configuration, and security practices. Able to set up servers remotely on various platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, on-premise servers).
2. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT specialists, providing guidance and support as needed.
3. System Security: Ensure the company's IT infrastructure is secure from cyber threats by implementing security protocols, regular system audits, and data backups.
4. Troubleshooting & Support: Provide hands-on support for troubleshooting IT issues, resolving software, hardware, and network problems promptly.
5. Project Management: Lead and manage IT-related projects, including system upgrades, software implementations, and network expansions.
6. Vendor Management: Work with external vendors and service providers to ensure the best quality and cost-effective services and products.
7. Budgeting & Resource Management: Manage the IT department's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and strategic allocation of resources.
8. User Training: Train and support staff in using IT systems and tools effectively, providing user support as necessary.
9. Collaboration with Other Departments: Work closely with other departments to understand and address IT-related needs and challenges.
10. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures for troubleshooting, auditing, and training purposes.

Requirements:

1. Education: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, and Microsoft) are a plus.
2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role. Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure, networks, and systems in a corporate environment.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent knowledge of IT systems, hardware, software, and network administration.
5. Proficient in security management practices and tools.
6. Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, etc.) and virtualization.
7. Ability to plan and execute IT projects successfully.
8. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve issues under pressure.
9. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with non-technical staff.
