Deputy Manager / Assistant Manager Tarbiyah

Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Aug 27, 2025)

The candidate must be comfortable commuting between campuses located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, and occasionally to campuses in other cities.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop training and learning materials for student and faculty development programs.
  • Facilitate faculty and student development programs.
  • Deliver workshops, training, and orientation sessions across campuses (for both students and faculty).
  • Take lead in planning and managing logistics for key events, campaigns, and departmental activities.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of departmental initiatives and activities.
  • Represent the department in institutional meetings when required.
Qualifications
  • MS/MPhil from HEC recognized university/institute.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in teaching, training and/or educational resource development. Prior experience in an educational institution will be an advantage.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills.
  • Learning material and resource development.
  • Organizational and coordination skills.
  • Interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
