Looking for a Business Development Executive

We're seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our client base internationally. The role demands strong communication skills, a good understanding of the creative industry, and the ability to foster meaningful relationships with clients and partners worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, especially with international clients (photographers, content creators, brands, agencies, and Upwork).
  2. Build and sustain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  3. Develop and execute outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, Upwork, and other digital platforms.
  4. Understand client needs and effectively communicate our services and value proposition.
  5. Collaborate with the creative team to align business goals with service capabilities.
  6. Track leads, proposals, and deals using CRM tools and provide regular reports.

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in creative, media, or outsourcing industries.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Confidence in client-facing roles and international communication.
  • Knowledge of digital content trends, video production, or photo editing services is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Willing to work Night Shift (7 PM to 3 AM) — WFH but will need to visit the office for training.
