- Timings: 7PM to 4AM
- Compensation: Base Salary + Commission
We are looking for a Cold Caller to join our on-site team and reach out to business owners, offering Google My Business (GMB) Management Services. Your role will be to educate potential clients on how optimizing their GMB listing can improve their local ranking and attract more customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to business owners from a provided lead list.
- Present and pitch our GMB optimization services effectively.
- Understand client needs and highlight how GMB optimization benefits their business.
- Handle objections and close sales where possible.
- Schedule follow-ups with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate call records and update the CRM.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.
- Prior experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales (preferred).
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
- Basic understanding of Google My Business (GMB) and local SEO (preferred but not required).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
