Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure a healthy close rate by transforming leads into booked demos
  • Make 60–80 cold calls daily to restaurant owners and managers.
  • Send personalized cold email sequences to targeted leads.
  • Clearly articulate Company's value proposition tailored to each prospect's needs.
  • Navigate gatekeepers professionally to connect with decision-makers.
  • Overcome objections and move conversations toward demo booking.
  • Use Calendly to book demos and follow up consistently with prospects requesting call-backs.
  • Achieve a goal of 12–15 qualified demos per month for the senior sales team.
  • Log all activities and pipeline updates accurately in HubSpot CRM.
  • Track and meet daily call/email activity metrics.
  • Collaborate with team leads to refine scripts, objection handling, and outreach effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Experience in outbound sales, telesales, or business development.
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume cold calls and maintain resilience against rejection.
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills for cold outreach.
  • Metrics-driven, organized, and consistent in meeting activity targets.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (CRM).
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow in a fast-paced startup environment.
