This role is responsible for managing and counseling the business operations, by giving proactive, professional, competent, effective and creative legal support. You'll need to bring negotiation and drafting skills and business sense to deal with multiple functional teams in a rapidly scaling business. You will collaborate with local business leaders as well as with supporting areas (Finance, Admin, Accounting & HR) advising on legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to the Company's businesses.

Job Description
  1. Effectively work with functional groups such as Sales, Data & Analytics and Content team to optimize campaigns to meet performance objectives.
  2. Strategically and creatively build sales pipeline and maintain a high level of activity.
  3. Proactively monitor campaign performance and delivery goals, escalate delivery issues as needed.
  4. Track, optimize, and compile campaign analysis and custom recap reports for clients.
  5. Contribute and improve team resources such as sales and process materials.
  6. Assist CEO and CFO on setting up business establishment.
  7. Report on weekly performance numbers (audience/commercial).
  8. Represent the Lovin brand in the marketplace.
  9. Create opportunities around branding, collaborations, and commercial initiatives.
Requirements
  1. 5+ years of experience.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; Master's degree is advantageous.
  3. Proven business development, brand partnership, sales, or marketing experience.
  4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  5. Exceptional leadership and management skills.
  6. Effective communication and negotiation skills.
