Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Upwork Proposal Writer at Digital Network in Lahore. The Proposal Writer will be responsible for technical writing, responses, proposal writing, and effective communication.

Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of freelancing platforms.
  • Proven ability to write customized, engaging proposals.
  • Analytical mindset to evaluate project requirements.
  • Experience in client relationship management is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Proposal Writing: Develop personalized and persuasive proposals tailored to each client's project needs.
  • Profile Optimization: Regularly update and enhance the profiles to reflect the latest skills, achievements, and portfolio items.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and platform's best practices to refine bidding strategies.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze bidding outcomes and conversion rates to identify areas for improvement.
