Position Overview

The ideal candidate will be able to apply knowledge of sales and customer data, as well as plan performance, across multiple lines of business and selling roles to develop insights and key factors driving business performance.

The candidate will leverage training in statistics and work alongside business stakeholders developing and testing hypotheses to solve a wide variety of business challenges. Driven by curiosity and a passion to learn, you thrive in situations where you can bring clarity to ambiguous and multi-faceted problems. A logical thinker who can learn new programming languages, computing applications or data sources with limited support.

Responsible for analyzing complex data and possess intermediate to advanced expertise in data mining, Business Intelligence, data modelling, and visualization tools (specifically, Power BI)..

What you'll do as the Operations Specialist-Renewals Data Stewardship:

Employees employed in the role of Operations Specialist-Renewals Data Stewardship shall be required to apply their independent mind and demonstrate intellectual abilities in their decision-making.

• Candidate must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
• Able to communicate professionally and clearly through all communication forums (Microsoft Teams, email, and phone)
• Weekly, monthly, and Quarterly renewal performance reporting
• SKU maintenance and data quality analysis
• Collaborative efforts with Business Systems Analysts (BSAs), encompassing error reporting and testing
• Collaboration with Account Managers (AMs), Account Executives (AE's), and License Advisors (LAs).
• Opportunity creation contributing to $200M+ in software renewals annually.
• Understanding various vendor purchasing programs.
• Analyzing data to enhance operational processes.
• Ability to analyze data and provide solutions and/or feedback
• Implement, develop, and maintain operational processes to drive program success
• Dynamics AX, F&O, D365 and ServiceNow experience are a plus
• Microsoft Power BI knowledge is a plus
  
  

Education/Certification

• 4-yr degree preferred but not required
• In-lieu of 4-yr degree equivalent education, certifications, training and work-related experience
