Responsibilities
  1. Strategy and AOP:
    • Set clear and SMART objectives to ensure delivery of AOP and Strategic Plan aligned with regional goals, cascading locally to the territory team.
    • Estimate and analyze category development potential within FLP and create plans to grow shares in each category.
    • Implement and cascade action plans to the territory team to execute counter strategies.
    • Collaborate with ZSM to drive sustainable growth objectives and re-align strategies as needed.
    • Achieve monthly and quarterly volume targets, as well as brand and pack deliverables.
    • Review progress regularly and take corrective actions during weekly meetings.
  2. Productivity and Financials:
    • Ensure accurate and timely flow of information to ZSM and HOS for strategic decision-making.
    • Monitor and manage trade discounts with TSOs monthly.
    • Track distributor ROI and suggest ways to enhance profitability.
    • Implement quality control measures at distributor outlets, including FIFO and stock management.
    • Assist ZSM in depot sales tracking and strategic planning using monthly data.
    • Drive productivity and motivation among TSOs and DSRs through daily interactions and weekly meetings.
    • Coordinate with HR to optimize staffing requirements.
    • Ensure adherence to SOCKS process.
  3. Market Share:
    • Conduct regular documented market visits aligned with ZSM objectives.
    • Identify and respond swiftly to market trends and forces.
    • Improve market share by exploring untapped channels, new towns, and optimizing rack productivity.
    • Implement regional marketing strategies through localized promotions.
    • Develop team capabilities to address channel stability concerns and explore alternative GTM mechanisms.
    • Propose profitable promotions through rationalized brand plans.
    • Monitor competitor activity and develop response plans in coordination with ZSM.
    • Ensure smooth execution of new product launches and merchandising priorities.
  4. Process Improvement:
    • Suggest improvements in sales processes, data tracking, payment methods, and supply chain management.
    • Maintain communication with Head Office and Supply Chain regarding product supply and POP matters.
    • Enhance process efficiency with distributors and retailers through stakeholder engagement.
    • Maintain a physical presence in the territory to understand customer needs.
  5. Team Building:
    • Promote trust and uphold company values across all employees.
    • Mentor and engage with DRs to enhance operational delivery and coaching.
    • Collaborate with HR to implement People Core Processes.
    • Develop and execute training plans for 2nd level supervisors in partnership with talent management.
    • Conduct field training to achieve market excellence.
    • Motivate the team through R&R programs and ongoing support.
    • Assist during benchmarking of KC2 process, close gaps, and improve controls.
    • Ensure control awareness and accountability among DRs and distributors.
Qualifications

University Graduate or Masters degree.
