Job Specification

Extensive travel; on a national basis; is a requirement for the position.
Must have 5 years experience in sales with a strong background in managing a direct sales organization.
Working both with distribution and direct sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
Must have detail knowledge of digital printing
Experience of managing a sales force at national level.
Wide experience of managing client's projects and teams.
Experience of planning, directing and controlling all sales and distribution.
Knows the local Market in depth.
Personal style of innovation, motivation, efficiency and creativity.
Computer literate.
Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilising information for business improvement
Proactively develops and improve products and services
Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
Make strategic decisions.
Inspire others to share their vision and support them to reach a common goal.
Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management.
Dedicated to improving results.
Analytical expertise in understanding complex issues and their consequences.
Show loyalty to the team by standing by decisions that benefit the organisation.
