Manage and inspire the existing sales team to improve market penetration and increase sales and margin for this major supplier of inks to the relevant industries.
Developed a sales strategy according to the International and local market for all products.
Experience in managing budgets, sales plans, and distribution development according to strategic sales regions.
Focused on achieving goals and producing results.
Ability to constantly observe and react to the activities and strategies of competitors.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan
Lead and influence a successful and experienced team of sales managers
Monitor, analyse sales and market trends.
Responsible for managing and controlling the sales team.
Extensive travel; on a national basis; is a requirement for the position.
Must have 5 years experience in sales with a strong background in managing a direct sales organization.
Working both with distribution and direct sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills are mandatory.
Must have detail knowledge of digital printing
Experience of managing a sales force at national level.
Wide experience of managing client's projects and teams.
Experience of planning, directing and controlling all sales and distribution.
Knows the local Market in depth.
Personal style of innovation, motivation, efficiency and creativity.
Computer literate.
Keep up to date with market trends and new developments utilising information for business improvement
Proactively develops and improve products and services
Ability to discuss strategic and sensitive issues.
Make strategic decisions.
Inspire others to share their vision and support them to reach a common goal.
Coordination and planning of budgets, people and time management.
