About The Role

This is a full-time, onsite position requiring the selected candidate to work night shifts aligned with U.S. Central Time (7 PM – 4 AM PKT). We are looking to hire a business development representative to join our Employer Solutions team. This individual will directly support our lead generation and outreach initiatives by assisting with outbound calling, email follow-ups, and inbox

management. Proficiency and comfort in the English language are a must, as this individual will

regularly call and interact with U.S. business leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct ~50 outbound calls daily to prospective leads via Apollo.io
  • Follow up on opened outreach emails and initiate introductions
  • Book demos and intro meetings for Head of BD
  • Monitor and assist with email campaign performance
  • Support and triage inquiries via the Sales inbox
  • Assist with CRM updates and lead pipeline activity as needed

Requirements

  • Fluent English Language Speaker
