Job Overview

We are seeking a professional to provide client relationships through interactions with executives and leaders in the client organization within a mid-sized market or large region.

This role will grow revenue by leveraging our offerings and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the sales team in selling our products and services within assigned accounts or territory to achieve revenue goals.
  • Participate in sales/proposal presentations with potential clients.
  • Identify contract expansion opportunities within assigned accounts and escalate for qualification and pursuit.
  • Interface with marketing, market research, and IT at the user level in existing and prospective clients.
  • Represent the company to clients and vice versa in all sales activities. Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to the account team.
  • Manage renewals and subscriptions effectively.
