INTECH Automation & Intelligence is looking for an energized and capable professional for the role of a Senior Solution Architect.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Review RFQs to ensure design solutions align with customer requirements.
  2. Select and design cost-optimized solutions for field instrumentation.
  3. Estimate the scope of work for control system installation and manage site work effectively.
  4. Provide estimations and develop proposals for brownfield projects.
  5. Perform effort estimation for engineering, construction, and testing works, and develop project execution plans.
  6. Identify technical and commercial risks and develop mitigation plans.
  7. Support sales team by ensuring proposal compliance with RFQs.
  8. Coordinate and follow up on proposals with the sales team.
  9. Assist in obtaining quotes from vendors.
  10. Develop procedures, project plans, and design documentation.
  11. Engage in business development and negotiate with vendors.
  12. Design control system architectures considering network protocols.
  13. Ensure compliance of proposals and report exceptions.
  14. Provide leadership and innovative solutions based on field experience.
  15. Ensure product quality and compliance with CSIA standards.
Requirements:
  1. Bachelor's/Master's Degree in engineering or related field.
  2. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
  3. Deep knowledge of PLC/DCS control systems and SCADA systems.
  4. Experience in field instrumentation and designing cost-effective solutions.
  5. Experience in site work and project estimation is advantageous.
  6. Proven track record in proposals for brownfield projects.
  7. Strong project management skills.
  8. Risk identification and mitigation skills.
  9. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  10. Leadership and innovative thinking abilities.
  11. Commitment to quality and industry standards.
