This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Coordinator located in Peshawar. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and coordinating office operations, ensuring smooth daily office activities, managing schedules and appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. The role also involves coordinating meetings, maintaining records, supporting the administrative staff, and ensuring effective communication within the office and with external parties.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
- Ability to manage schedules and coordinate meetings effectively
- Detail-oriented and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in an administrative or office coordination role is a plus
