Job Description:

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Procurement and Field Operations to support our office operations. This role involves managing supply flow, vendor relationships, and supporting operational efficiency to fuel our growth.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Procurement Management:
  • Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing.
  • Manage supplier agreements, monitor compliance, and maintain strong relationships.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement with business needs.
Field Operations:
  • Supervise and support a team of field support staff, ensuring high-quality client service.
  • Manage scheduling of field service appointments to optimize support and prioritize jobs.
  • Monitor service quality and implement improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
  • Analyze response times, service completion, and client feedback for management review.
Inventory & Resource Control:
  • Coordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs.
  • Manage receipt, inspection, and discrepancies of supplies.
Budgeting & Cost Control:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in procurement or operations roles.
  • Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Other Details:

  • Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
  • Experience: 2 years minimum.
