Job Description:
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Associate Procurement and Field Operations to support our office operations. This role involves managing supply flow, vendor relationships, and supporting operational efficiency to fuel our growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Procurement Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on price, quality, and service.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to secure favorable pricing.
- Manage supplier agreements, monitor compliance, and maintain strong relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement with business needs.
- Supervise and support a team of field support staff, ensuring high-quality client service.
- Manage scheduling of field service appointments to optimize support and prioritize jobs.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements for efficiency and customer experience.
- Analyze response times, service completion, and client feedback for management review.
- Coordinate with departments to forecast purchasing needs.
- Manage receipt, inspection, and discrepancies of supplies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in procurement or operations roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and vendor relationship management.
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Other Details:
- Workdays: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
- Experience: 2 years minimum.
