Executive Chef

Executive Chef - Faisalabad, Pakistan

We are in search of a highly skilled and creative Executive Chef to join our team at our renowned restaurant in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations including menu planning, food preparation, and overall quality control.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design new menus that showcase our restaurant's unique culinary style
- Oversee food purchasing and inventory management to ensure cost efficiency
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations
- Ensure all food meets quality standards and is prepared according to recipes and presentation guidelines
- Monitor portion control to minimize waste and maintain consistent quality
- Maintain a safe, clean, and hygienic kitchen environment at all times
- Monitor equipment maintenance and repair needs to ensure efficient operation
- Collaborate with restaurant management team to plan special events and promotions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end dining establishment
- Creative flair with a passion for culinary arts
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field preferred but not required
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a high-volume kitchen environment
- Biometric passport required for international travel opportunities
- Salary: $1300 USD per month
