Head Chef at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Faisalabad

We are seeking a talented and experienced Head Chef to join our team at a fine dining restaurant located in Faisalabad, Pakistan. The Head Chef will oversee all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Create innovative and appealing menus aligned with the restaurant's concept and standards.
  2. Source high-quality ingredients from local suppliers efficiently.
  3. Train and manage kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
  4. Oversee food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation to ensure quality and consistency.
  5. Conduct inventory checks and maintain optimal stock levels.
  6. Monitor food costs and work towards financial targets.
  7. Collaborate on developing seasonal menus and promotions.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a fine dining setting.
  2. Deep knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment.
  3. Ability to create diverse menu options catering to various dietary needs.
  4. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  5. Strong understanding of food costs, inventory, and budgeting.
  6. Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  7. Creative presentation skills and attention to detail.
  8. Fluent in English with good communication skills.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred.
  2. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Head/Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant.
  3. Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Salary: $1500 per month
