Executive Chef

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Faisalabad, Pakistan. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for managing our kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen staff management. You should have a passion for creating delicious and visually appealing dishes while maintaining high standards of food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served according to company standards.
- Plan menus in collaboration with the management team to meet customer preferences and seasonal availability of ingredients.
- Train and manage kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other support staff.
- Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels to ensure profitability.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment by adhering to sanitation standards and following proper food handling procedures.
- Develop new recipes using local ingredients to keep the menu fresh and interesting.
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients at a competitive price.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate them into menu planning.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or hotel kitchen.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train kitchen staff.
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also being able to execute classic recipes flawlessly.
- Attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
- Flexibility to work long hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts is preferred but not required.

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this position. The exact salary will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.
