Responsible for budgeting, performance monitoring, and the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) framework across the organization.

Coordinate with business units for budget preparation and forecasting, conduct financial analysis to support strategic decisions, document Internal Control procedures, and provide insights to senior management on financial trends and variances.

Develop the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with relevant departments. Responsible for creating financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and evaluating various business scenarios. Monitor actual performance against budgets and forecasts; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions. Prepare and present monthly and quarterly management reports, highlighting key financial indicators and performance metrics. Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards to provide visibility into financial KPIs, trends, and variances. Assist in preparing the company's five-year business plan.

Oversee the implementation and conclusion of the ICFR program, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and control standards. Coordinate with departmental heads and control owners for effective execution, documentation, and reporting of ICFR activities. Identify and address control gaps or deficiencies; support management in developing and executing remediation plans. Ensure continuous monitoring and effectiveness of ICFR controls, maintaining proper records and issuing the Long Form Report.

Eligibility Criteria:Qualifications:
  • Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CFA, or ICMA (completed or at the final stage of qualification) preferred. Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from an HEC-recognized university.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience within a financial institution.
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, performance monitoring, strategic planning, and scenario analysis.
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles with practical experience in ICFR frameworks; exposure to compliance functions is an advantage.
