Job Overview

The role of Finance Manager – Planning and Monitoring is a critical one, overseeing the financial planning and performance monitoring processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities include coordinating budget preparation and forecasting with business units, conducting thorough financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, documenting internal control procedures, and providing insightful financial trend reports to senior management.

Additional duties involve developing the annual budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with relevant departments, creating sophisticated financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and evaluating various business scenarios, as well as preparing and presenting monthly and quarterly management reports highlighting key financial indicators and performance metrics.

This position also entails overseeing the implementation and conclusion of the Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) program, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and control standards. This includes coordinating with departmental heads and control owners for effective execution, documentation, and reporting of ICFR activities.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • A Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline from an accredited university is required.
  • Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, CFA, or ICMA are preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience within a financial institution.
  • Hands-on experience in budgeting, performance monitoring, strategic planning, and scenario analysis.
