Foreman

1. Manage shift operation of PET line with end-to-end responsibility.
2. Distribute daily work among operators to meet production planning demands.
3. Ensure adherence to machine, process, and quality assurance work instructions and procedures for quality and efficient production.
4. Manage product changes according to procedures.
5. Perform daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance of production lines, resolve breakdowns, and record them according to procedures.
6. Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area following GMP and 6S rules.
7. Participate in internal audits and GMP practices, and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
8. Ensure waste is separated at source and disposed of properly.
9. Record machinery and equipment failures/stoppages in SAP, report nonconformities, and take corrective actions.
10. Prepare raw material and auxiliary material demands.
11. Ensure proper use of SAP, TREX, and pallet barcode systems.
12. Support the development of operators.
13. Monitor operators' annual leave and overtime.
14. Ensure timely maintenance of machines to improve LE & WUR.
15. Work to improve EUR & WUR at the line.

Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics engineering.
