Manage shift operation of PET line with end-to-end responsibility.

1. Distribute daily work among operators to meet production planning demands.
2. Ensure adherence to machine, process, and quality assurance work instructions and procedures for quality and efficient production.
3. Manage product changes according to established procedures.
4. Perform daily, monthly, and yearly maintenance of production lines, troubleshoot breakdowns, and record activities in accordance with related procedures.
5. Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area following GMP and 6S rules.
6. Participate in internal audits and GMP practices; ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
7. Ensure waste segregation at source and proper disposal.
8. Keep failure/stop records of machinery and equipment in SAP, report nonconformities, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
9. Prepare necessary raw material and auxiliary material demands.
10. Ensure proper use of SAP, TREX, and pallet barcode systems.
11. Support and monitor the development of operators.
12. Track operators' annual leave and overtime.
13. Ensure timely maintenance of machines to improve LE & WUR.
14. Work on improving EUR & WUR at the line.

Associate Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
