We are seeking a Foreman to join our Plant Team in Gujranwala.

1. Manage daily work distribution of operators to meet production planning demands.
2. Ensure adherence to machine, process, and quality work instructions for quality and efficiency.
3. Manage product changes according to procedures.
4. Perform maintenance of production lines, troubleshoot breakdowns, and document issues.
5. Maintain cleanliness and order in the workspace following GMP and 6S standards.
6. Participate in internal audits, GMP practices, and implement corrective actions.
7. Ensure waste separation at source and proper disposal.
8. Record machinery failures in SAP, report nonconformities, and implement corrective actions.
9. Request raw and auxiliary materials as needed.
10. Utilize SAP, TREX, and barcode systems effectively.
11. Support operator development and monitor attendance and overtime.
12. Ensure timely machine maintenance to improve efficiency and yield.
13. Work on improving EUR and WUR at the production line.
