Job Brief:

  • Time Zone: CET (04 Hours Overlap)
  • Project Duration: 6 months with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities:

  • Support clients' cloud solutions, focusing on IaaS and PaaS across multiple cloud providers.
  • Provision and configure cloud resources based on customer requirements and best practices, preferably using Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Monitor, upgrade, and manage cloud resources to ensure performance, capacity, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other technical teams such as Information Security, Architecture, and Service Management to ensure cloud services meet organizational policies and business needs.
  • Draft technical documentation on cloud services, procedures, and operations.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging cloud trends, and new technologies, assessing their potential for adoption or integration.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of cloud service structures (enrollments, organizations, departments, accounts, subscriptions, resource groups) and core features.
  • Hands-on knowledge of key IaaS and PaaS services (compute, networking, storage, databases, etc.).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation tools such as Terraform, PowerShell scripting, Ansible, etc.
  • Experience managing Landing Zones, including hub & spoke networks.
  • Knowledge of cloud security, including policies and guardrails.
  • Understanding of architecture, deployment, and administration methodologies including systems configurations, clustering, networking, OS administration (Windows/Linux), monitoring, and security.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with service management methodologies like ITIL.
