Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven **PPC & Meta Ads Expert** with 3–4 years of proven experience in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms to drive traffic, leads, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, create, and manage PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram).

· Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.

·Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, improving CTR, conversion rates, and reducing cost per acquisition.

· Monitor daily performance of campaigns, budgets, and bids.

· Develop and test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.

· Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.

· Stay up to date with digital advertising trends, tools, and platform updates.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals.

Requirements:

·Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).

·3–4 years of proven experience in PPC and Meta Ads campaign management.

·Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Analytics tools.

·Experience in A/B testing, remarketing, and conversion tracking.

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver results under deadlines.

·Strong communication and reporting skills.
