Job Description:_

As a Graphic Designer cum Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs and managing our social media presence. Your role will include:

- Designing high-quality graphics, logos, and other marketing materials for textile products

- Developing and implementing social media strategies to engage with customers and promote our brand

- Creating and curating content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube,Tiktok LinkedIn, etc.)

- Managing and scheduling posts using social media management tools

- Analyzing social media metrics and providing insights for improvement

- Collaborating with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and alignment

- Responding to customer inquiries and comments on social media in a timely and professional manner

- Handling customer complaints and concerns on social media, escalating issues to relevant teams when necessary

- Providing excellent customer service and support through social media channels

- Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and social media platforms

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field

- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design and social media management

- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and social media work

- Excellent understanding of social media platforms and their audiences

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
