Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Developer with at least 1 year of experience in healthcare business development. This role is vital to expanding our footprint in the medical and insurance sectors through strategic outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct cold calling – up to 200 dials per day – to targeted leads such as clinics, hospitals, insurance brokers, and other healthcare professionals
  2. Self-generate leads through online research, industry directories, and professional platforms
  3. Send cold emails to engage potential prospects and introduce Stradom Meditech's offerings
  4. Perform timely follow-ups to nurture interest and move prospects along the funnel
  5. Schedule qualified appointments for senior closers to finalize the sale
  6. Maintain and update CRM records with detailed outreach notes and lead status
  7. Collaborate with internal teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year of experience in business development within the healthcare or medical insurance sectors
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  3. Proven experience with cold outreach and lead qualification
  4. Familiarity with CRM systems and basic reporting
  5. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently
  6. Comfortable working an 8–9 hour shift in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
