We're seeking a Part-Time HR Recruiter (10–20 hours/week) to help us find exceptional talent in both clinical and administrative healthcare roles. This is a fully remote and flexible role.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical positions.
  • Source top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Upwork, and other platforms.
  • Conduct screening calls, evaluate candidate fit, and coordinate interviews.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of pre-vetted healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure each hire aligns with our values and needs.
  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
  • Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Clinical Directors for ABA and Counseling Services
  • Nurses & Physical Therapists
  • Medical Assistants & Administrative Staff

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of healthcare recruiting or HR experience (US market preferred).
  • Proven success in hiring for clinical and administrative healthcare roles.
  • Expertise in Boolean search, candidate outreach, and screening techniques.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Hands-on experience with ATS platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Workday, etc.).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple roles simultaneously.
  • A self-starter mindset with exceptional communication skills.
