Technical Recruiter | Assistant Manager Sales & Marketing | Manager Operations | Manager Admin

Tekboox, a US-based IT company, is urgently looking to hire a SEO Specialist.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Optimize website architecture, URL structures, meta tags, and internal linking to boost SEO performance.
  • Monitor SEO performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog.
  • Generate and present monthly SEO reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and marketing teams to align SEO with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Execute and manage link-building campaigns and other off-page SEO initiatives.
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and algorithm updates in SEO and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an SEO Specialist with 4-5 years of experience.
  • Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
  • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, or similar.
  • Solid understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Up-to-date with latest SEO trends and best practices.

Job Details:

  • Location: DHA Lahore
  • Timing: Night Shift 6pm to 3am (Onsite 5 days a week)
