- Oversee recruitment initiatives for staffing needs in our Islamabad office
- Collaborate with all internal departments to understand their unique hiring goals and workforce planning objectives
- Support the HR department by creating and refining job descriptions for external postings across various roles
- Recruit for a wide range of positions across all departments, including but not limited to Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, communication, interview coordination, and video screening
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs
- Post external job openings and manage the applicant tracking process through GoHire
- Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess experience, education, skills, and compensation expectations
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and build strong, professional relationships throughout the recruitment process
- 3–5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar talent acquisition role
- Educational background in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred
- Strong sense of urgency and commitment to responding to candidates promptly, following established timelines and providing a positive candidate experience
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Collaborative team player with a focus on supporting hiring goals across departments
- Proven success in recruiting for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to management, across various departments
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Skilled in conducting phone interviews to effectively assess core competencies and refer top candidates to HR and hiring managers
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and goal-oriented environment
- Self-sufficient and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
