Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee recruitment initiatives for staffing needs in our Islamabad office
  • Collaborate with all internal departments to understand their unique hiring goals and workforce planning objectives
  • Support the HR department by creating and refining job descriptions for external postings across various roles
  • Recruit for a wide range of positions across all departments, including but not limited to Customer Support, Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Operations
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, communication, interview coordination, and video screening
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support current and future hiring needs
  • Post external job openings and manage the applicant tracking process through GoHire
  • Screen and evaluate candidate profiles and resumes to assess experience, education, skills, and compensation expectations
  • Serve as a key point of contact for candidates and build strong, professional relationships throughout the recruitment process

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar talent acquisition role
  • Educational background in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred
  • Strong sense of urgency and commitment to responding to candidates promptly, following established timelines and providing a positive candidate experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative team player with a focus on supporting hiring goals across departments
  • Proven success in recruiting for a wide range of roles, from entry-level to management, across various departments
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Skilled in conducting phone interviews to effectively assess core competencies and refer top candidates to HR and hiring managers
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced, and goal-oriented environment
  • Self-sufficient and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
