We are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure the end-to-end delivery of complex FinTech projects, overseeing and managing them to be completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The Technical Project Coordinator will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, designers, product Coordinator s, and stakeholders, to deliver high-quality FinTech solutions that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Management

  • Create detailed project plans that outline the project's goals, timelines, important checkpoints, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate with internal resources and client/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks and ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

Team Collaboration and Communication

  • Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including customers, team members, and management.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and issues.

Technical Oversight

  • Work closely with software development teams to ensure technical solutions align with project goals and requirements.
  • Understand technical aspects of the project, including software architecture, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

  • Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate testing and validation activities to ensure the functionality and performance of WT solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry standards and regulations that impact the FinTech sector.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project delivery efficiency.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the project team.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to capture lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.

Job Specification
  • Proven working experience as a Technical Project Coordinator in the FinTech industry or a related field.
  • Strong technical background for understanding and hands-on experience in software development, system architecture, and cloud technologies.
  • Excellent knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication skills and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certification is a plus.
