Unstuck labs is seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to coordinate with clients and stakeholders; as well as manage small Agile software development teams working with Scrum, Kanban, or other frameworks.

Unstuck labs is seeking a talented Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible to coordinate with clients and stakeholders; as well as manage small Agile software development teams working with Scrum, Kanban, or other frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate product development efforts across client contacts, engineering, QA, design, product and business teams.
  • Define project scopes, create detailed timelines, assign responsibilities, and monitor deliverables.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates through clear reports and documentation.
  • Support quality assurance activities, including test planning and issue tracking to ensure successful product launches.
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and inform product strategy.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders to manage expectations and share updates.
  • Assist in preparing user manuals and other documents related to the software.
  • Provide training regarding product functionality, features, and updates.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Project Management related fields.
  • 3–5 years of experience in technical project management or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of product development cycles, Agile methodologies, and QA best practices.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the English language.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello, TFS, etc.).
  • Proven ability to prepare compelling business cases and write technical/commercial proposals.
  • Experience with diagraming tools like Draw.io to support early-stage product design.
