Responsibilities

1): Supervise installation and commissioning of utility systems including LT/HT power distribution, transformers, boilers, diesel generators, HVAC systems, and cooling towers and coordination with govt bodies for NOC's. 2): Oversee daily operation and maintenance of utility equipment including high/low pressure air compressors, refrigeration compressors, and steam generation systems. 3): Ensure effective energy and utility management through monitoring, optimization, and preventive maintenance planning. 4): Maintain up-to-date records of operating logs, inspections, and maintenance schedules in line with OEM and regulatory requirements. 5): Coordinate with vendors and service providers for troubleshooting, and warranty claims and regular spare parts requirements. Ensure safety and reliability of all utility systems and participate in audits and compliance assessments. 6): Support the integration of utilities with the bottling line and ensure availability during commissioning and production trials. 7): Train and lead a team of technicians for smooth plant utility operations

Qualifications

B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or DAE (Electrical/Mechanical/Refrigeration) or B.Tech (Engineering Technology)

Experience: 5–8 years of relevant experience in utilities management in beverage, FMCG, or process industry

Skills:

1): Strong understanding of LT/HT electrical systems, gensets, transformers, and MCCs.

2): Hands-on experience with boilers, compressors (HP & LP), chillers, HVAC, and cooling towers.

3): Ability to read utility layouts, P&IDs, and technical manuals.

4): Capable of handling vendors and contracts for utility equipment.

5): Strong leadership, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
