British American Tobacco DBS Pakistan has an exciting opportunity for a Brand Services Executive in Lahore
Role positioning and objective

Responsible for leading and ensuring the timely delivery of new product initiatives in a dedicated market by collaborating with category and cross-functional teams. Supports brand and product management for SMP projects, resolves project bottlenecks, and drives alignment across stakeholders under the guidance of the Brand Development Manager.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
  1. E2E delivery of all NPI Projects with follow-ups and project management with NPI managers. Ensure accurate tracking of all NPI projects using centralized project management systems, and escalate risks as needed.
  2. Deliver project agility in working with NPI managers to identify opportunities to deliver desired timelines which may stretch standard SLAs on projects.
  3. Manage the Project management system for NPI and ensure all projects are tracking correctly.
  4. Own the development and submission of Business Cases and Project briefs for NPI projects in collaboration with DRBU and category teams.
  5. Coordinate and support the development of brand briefs aligned with commercial objectives and portfolio strategy.
  6. Manage dashboards to monitor project progress, share performance, and timelines against set targets.
  7. Conduct Post Launch Reviews to assess project success, commercial impact, and capture learnings for future launches.
  8. Act as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, collaborating closely with multifunctional teams including NPI, Legal, Regulatory, Ops, and Brand teams for seamless project execution.
Experience Required

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in marketing and brand roles or an equivalent hybrid role in brand supply chain.

Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking share performance and deriving business insights.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Experience in writing effective marketing or NPI briefs aligned with brand strategy.
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
  • Bachelor's degree in a marketing-related field.
