Role Positioning and Objectives

The candidate will serve as a brand operations expert for BAT Category & Deployment teams, managing strategic and operational projects within APMEA WEST. Responsibilities include project management, ensuring timely deliverables, and acquiring knowledge in brand and product management for BMP projects. The individual should foster trust, build vision, implement strategies, and maintain synergy across teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate and champion BAT's operations processes and systems across functions, ensuring best practices and full audit compliance, including system usage and vendor management.
  2. Develop and implement accurate briefs for packaging development, product diagnostics, consumer research, performance tracking, NPI, and procurement.
  3. Manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships to facilitate business priorities.
  4. Ensure adherence to governance protocols related to product, packaging, and communications development.
  5. Address blocking issues within timelines for NCLs (MESA & NA).
Essential Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or Project Management.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Marketing, Brand Management, or Project Management.
  • Ability to manage complex agendas with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
  • Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
