Auktel is looking for an experienced, target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Lahore team. If you are passionate about cold calling, skilled at building relationships, and confident in closing deals, this is your chance to bring your sales expertise to a growing organization targeting the UAE market.

We are seeking a sales professional who thrives in high-energy, results-oriented environments, and can take ownership from lead generation to deal closure.

Auktel is looking for an experienced, target-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our Lahore team. If you are passionate about cold calling, skilled at building relationships, and confident in closing deals, this is your chance to bring your sales expertise to a growing organization targeting the UAE market.

We are seeking a sales professional who thrives in high-energy, results-oriented environments, and can take ownership from lead generation to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate business through outbound cold calling to new B2B customers.
  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain value-based business relationships with clients.
  • Research, qualify, manage, and track leads along with related sales activities.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, highly transactional call-center environment requiring strong time and project management skills.
  • Accurately maintain records of sales activities and outcomes.
Key Requirements & Skills:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in outbound B2B cold calling and closing sales.
  • Strong background in target-based sales with a record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrable negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly, think strategically, and work independently.
  • Active listening skills with a consultative sales approach.
