Position Details:
  • Position: HR Manager - CIF Pakistan
  • Office / Department: MER HR
  • Reporting to: CCE – CIF Pakistan
  • Key Working Relationships: Regional Human Resources Director, VPs, Country Chief Executive, Finance Manager, Business Line Managers
Minimum Required Qualifications:
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline, preferably MBA in HR
  • Training: Human Resources Management
  • Technical Knowledge: HR Generalist with hands-on experience in recruitment, employee training and development, and MIS generation. Knowledge of HRIS is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Additional Skills: Good leadership abilities, team management, pleasing personality, good communication and presentation skills, proficient in MS Office.

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of experience in core HR activities across any industry.

Responsibilities / Authorities:
  • Primary Functions: Implement and manage HR programs, practices, and procedures across CIF MER, focusing on GCC countries, ensuring alignment with business priorities, policies, tools, and legislation. Provide professional HR supervision and support to GCC Country Chiefs. Implement inclusion strategies and HR actions aligned with BV Strategic Plan. Drive recruitment, onboarding, talent management, training needs analysis, and HR automation projects within GCC countries. Manage and administer MPMD processes, job catalogues, and classifications following corporate guidelines. Ensure compliance with legal, industrial, and group standards, including ethics, quality, and risk management.
HSE Requirements:
  • Comply with all applicable legal, BV Group HSE policies, client HSE procedures, and practices.
  • Maintain tidy, hazard-free work areas and report hazards immediately.
  • Report hazards and participate in operational risk control measures.
  • Report and cooperate in HSE incident investigations.
Performance Monitoring:
  • Attend professional development events, conferences, or workshops to stay industry-informed and network.
KPIs:
  • Monthly HR reports (manual/HRIS), inclusion & diversity, CSR, policies & procedures, employee engagement, HRIS accuracy, talent management, L&D, internal audits, banding, local HR support.
