  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective HR processes.
  2. Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  3. Oversee employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and renewals.
  4. Collaborate with management to identify training needs and coordinate training programs.
  5. Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  6. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and coaching to employees.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain accurate HR records.
