Overview

We are seeking a seasoned and visionary QA Engineer with 8+ years of experience, ideally in a leadership or architectural role, to join our growing QA team. This individual will be responsible for driving test automation strategy across projects, designing robust test architectures, and mentoring junior QA team members. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with automation technologies and have a deep understanding of modern QA processes and frameworks.

Responsibilities
  • Architect and lead the development of advanced test automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, and Selenium
  • Design and implement end-to-end API test strategies with Postman or Rest Assured
  • Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to ensure automated quality gates in the development process
  • Lead performance and stress testing efforts using JMeter or Gatling, analyzing and tuning performance bottlenecks
  • Define and enforce QA best practices, coding standards, and guidelines for automation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Dev, DevOps, Product) to improve product quality
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and conduct knowledge-sharing sessions
  • Participate in tool evaluations and process improvements across QA functions
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with strong expertise in test automation and QA strategy
  • Should be flexible to work from 2PM to 11PM PKT
  • Proven leadership in designing and maintaining automation frameworks
  • Expertise in automation tools: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright
  • Strong background in API testing and performance testing using Postman, Rest Assured, JMeter, or Gatling
  • Solid programming knowledge in Java or Python
  • In-depth experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and guide technical teams
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
