Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating sales leads, and building long-term relationships with clients. This role involves extensive travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and close sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify potential customers through various sources, including networking, cold calling, and referrals.
  2. Client Visits: Travel within the assigned territory to meet with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present suitable products/services.
  3. Sales Presentations: Conduct effective sales presentations to demonstrate the value and benefits of our products/services.
  4. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
  5. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  6. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  7. Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in [your industry].
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
