
Senior Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building customer relationships, and closing sales deals.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls from prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate product or service information.
- Convert inbound inquiries into sales opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Upsell or cross-sell products and services where applicable.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales in the CRM system.
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved during the initial call.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and call quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing, customer support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
- Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Google Products and CRM software.
