• Contract-based position with fixed working hours

• Own end-to-end design for web + mobile ERP platform

• Drive research, prototyping, and implementation of clean, modern UIs

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams

• Focus on clarity, personalization, and zero-training UX Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user-centric design across ERP modules

• Own and manage Figma files, design systems, and prototypes

• Collaborate with devs for pixel-perfect implementation

• Use GenAI, analytics, and user feedback to optimize UX

• Communicate motion design (transitions, micro-interactions)

• Uphold accessibility and usability standards

• Establish and evolve scalable design systems Required Skills:

• 3+ years in UI/UX for SaaS or complex B2B apps

• Expert in Figma (smart animate, prototyping, components)

• Strong design fundamentals: grids, color, typography, motion

• Experience collaborating with dev teams (Figma Inspect, Zeplin)

• Proficient in user research, A/B testing, and data-driven UX

• Clear communicator of design rationale to cross-functional teams Bonus Skills;

• Adobe Illustrator (icons, branding assets)

• Experience with GenAI-integrated UI

• Familiarity with WCAG/accessibility & localization

• Animation tools (Framer, After Effects)
