This job role is to manage & support RM/SRM for overall relationship of the top tier customers which includes Trade, financing, deposit & financial needs.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Structuring of credit limits in line with client needs and coverage of exposure from adequate securities.
  2. Ensuring CLP in FOAS is error-free and covers all necessary details with minimal resubmissions for corrections.
  3. Making best efforts for minimal queries from Credit Risk and responding to queries by the next day.
  4. Parallel approval of shariah process flow along with CLP and ensuring compliance with shariah directives.
  5. Zero exceptions in CAD generated fortnightly report and submission of renewal CLP 2 months before expiry.
  6. Zero overdue in customer accounts and timely conversion of advances into financing.
  7. Ensuring 100% clean DAC issuance for all clients and scrutiny of transactions for proper utilization of funds.
  8. At least 2 physical calls per customer per week and submission of call reports on the same day to Area Manager & Head SME Banking.
  9. Ensuring market checks of all existing asset-based customers through supply chain at least once a month and submitting findings via email to Area Manager & Head SME Banking.
  10. Resolving customer complaints within 3 working days.
  11. Ensuring compliance with Banks or Regulators instructions regarding trade-based money laundering, prudential regulation, and bank's credit policy.
  12. Resolving audit exceptions within 15 days of being highlighted.
  13. Updating MIS for customer-wise maturity profile of all extended credit products to assist in timely adjustments of transactions and avoid overdue accounts.
  14. Maintaining all asset-based & trade-based documentation for audit trails.
