
Business Development Executive

Fantech Labs is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive / Upwork Bidder to help grow our international client base through freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. This is a full-time role open to both onsite candidates (Lahore, Okara) and remote professionals with a proven track record in online bidding and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and bid on relevant projects across freelance platforms.
- Craft persuasive, tailored proposals that align with client needs and project goals.
- Manage end-to-end communication with leads, from initial outreach to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal technical teams to define scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Optimize company profiles to improve visibility and reputation on platforms like Upwork.
- Meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to leads, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor strategies on bidding platforms.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience bidding on freelance platforms (especially Upwork).
- Strong understanding of web and mobile development, design, or digital services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven ability to draft effective proposals and handle client negotiations.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing time independently.
- Ability to work both independently (remote) or in a collaborative onsite environment.
