As a Clinical Research Associate, you will play a pivotal role in managing clinical studies and ensuring compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to build long-term relationships with investigators and clinical sites.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Selecting and identifying investigators for clinical trials
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for clinical site questions
  • Building and maintaining relationships with existing sites and performing initial vetting on new sites
  • Providing quality oversight to Site Management Operations
  • Representing the organization as the Study Lead in communications with pharmaceutical and biotech companies

The successful candidate will possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Additionally, they will have fluency in written and spoken English, as well as excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

A bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
