About Us:
StayCierge is a growing short-term rental management company providing 24/7 guest communication, maintenance coordination, and end-to-end support for Airbnb hosts and property managers. We're expanding rapidly and looking for a driven Business Development Agent to help us bring in new clients and grow our portfolio.
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Agent with a strong background in the short-term rental (STR) industry. The ideal candidate has previously worked at a vacation rental or Airbnb management company and has a proven track record of generating leads, closing deals, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities within the short-term rental market.
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and investors.
- Pitch StayCierge's services to prospective clients and convert leads into active accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor offerings to refine outreach strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to improve sales scripts, pitches, and client acquisition processes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Business Development Agent (or similar sales role) at a short-term rental management company.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and client acquisition.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with Airbnb, Vrbo, , and the STR market is a must.
