Property Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Manager to oversee our portfolio of short-term rental properties listed on various platforms.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing property operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and seamless day-to-day functions.

The responsibilities include:

  1. Managing booking inquiries and responding to guest messages in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Coordinating with guests to confirm bookings, providing check-in instructions, and addressing any questions or concerns.
  3. Coordinating with owners, cleaners, and maintenance personnel to ensure efficient operations.
  4. Optimizing property listings to maximize visibility and bookings.
  5. Coordinating the check-in and check-out processes to provide a smooth and seamless experience for guests.
  6. Responding to guest reviews and feedback.
  7. Establishing long-term relationships with clients.

Key Requirements:

  1. Minimum 1 year working experience in property management, hospitality, or a related field.
  2. Experience with STR platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) is preferred.
  3. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  4. Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance coordination.
  5. Attention to detail and customer service focus.
