About the role:
As a Support Assistant for the Corporate Affairs Division, you will work closely with the Corporate Affairs Management team on a day-to-day basis on various responsibilities as outlined below.
Your Impactful Goals will include:
- Providing timely and quality administrative support to the CA Management on a daily basis.
- Supporting Regulatory Affairs, including drafting letters and memos.
- Supporting Legal Affairs team.
- Assisting in other Public Relations activities on an ad hoc basis for Corporate Affairs.
Your Typical Day will look like:
- Supporting CA Management broadly.
- Handling documentation for Management Meetings.
- Arranging travel and meetings.
- Executing and verifying claims/applications.
- Managing special projects and ad hoc tasks for Corporate Affairs.
- Preparing confidential reports and presentations as needed.
- Organizing divisional events when required.
- Coordinating inter-departmentally and disseminating information.
- Managing the delegation of authority table as the owner of the CCAO Office.
- Managing calendars and coordinating executive meetings involving internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensuring all approvals in the CCAO Office comply with policies.

What we're looking for:
Education: Minimum bachelor's degree; MBA/MSc is a plus.
Work experience: Fresh graduate or 1-2 years in a support/administrative role.
Functional Skills/Knowledge Areas:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborative and proactive attitude.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- High integrity and business ethics.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
